In addition to the great single storey and double storey designs you are accustomed to, Beechwood also specialises in building granny flats. If your block is large enough for a traditional granny flat in the backyard, we can assist. We can also build a granny flat that is attached to the side of your main dwelling. This can prove to be a great option for investment income or to house an extended family member. You might decide to live in one side and rent out the other, or you might rent both sides for maximum rental income. 

We also offer duplex designs. However, with duplexes, different Council areas have several and varying requirements, so you cannot necessarily choose an off-the-shelf design off a website. That is why you will not see duplex designs displayed on our website. It is best if you speak with one of our friendly and experienced Building and Design Team Consultants regarding your potential options.
