Terms and Conditions

1. (The Offer) Qantas Frequent Flyer (QFF) members who meet the Qualifying Criteria, will earn: 
   1. 1 Qantas Point for each $1 spent on Eligible Builds; or 
   2. 300,000 Qantas Points on Eligible Builds with a Building Contract value of $300,000 or less.

2. (Important Information) This promotion commences on 26 January 2021. The customer must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer (QFF) member to earn and use Qantas Points. A joining fee usually applies. Beechwood customers can join for free. Membership and the earning and redemption of Qantas Points are subject to the QFF program Terms and Conditions. Purchases are subject to Beechwood’s Terms and Conditions. The customer must advise Beechwood of their QFF membership number prior to signing a Building Contract in order to receive Qantas Points.

3. (Calculation of Points Awarded) The Qantas Points earned in this promotion are based on the Building Contract price at the time of contract signing. The land portion of ‘home and land packages’ sold or marketed by Beechwood are excluded unless expressly stated otherwise;

4. (Qualifying Criteria) This promotion is for new customers who complete all of the following stages on or after 26 January 2021:
   1. request a first Tender to build a Beechwood home on their property; and
   2. is stated clearly on their Tender and before a security payment has been made; and
   3. not used in conjunction with any other Beechwood promotion unless otherwise specified on that promotion; and
   4. sign their Building Contract; and 
   5. provide a letter from their lender authorising construction to commence (or provide satisfactory proof of available funds for construction where no lender is involved).

5. (Excluded Customers) Customers who started the Tender process with Beechwood prior to 26 January 2021 do not qualify for this promotion.

6. (Eligible Builds) “Eligible Builds” means a new (including off the plan) residential property that is to be constructed by Beechwood. Eligible Builds exclude:
   1. freestanding granny flats that are not constructed with another Beechwood home at the same time;
   2. builds where a first Tender was requested and/or a security payment was made prior to 26 January 2021;
   3. the sale of display homes by Beechwood;
   4. projects undertaken by Beechwood for government entities; and
   5. demolition and associated costs on knockdown rebuild (KDR) projects. 

7. (Freestanding Granny Flats) Freestanding granny flat builds that are not constructed at the same time with another Beechwood home dwelling, are not eligible for the offer made at 1(b) above.

8. (Crediting of Points) Qantas Points will be credited to the nominated Qantas Frequent Flyer account(s) within 60 days after:
   1. your QFF membership number is provided to Beechwood prior to signing a contract;
   2. the Building Contract is signed;
   3. a letter has been provided from the lender authorising construction to commence; or
   4. where (c) is not applicable and the build is proceeding without a lender, the customer providing Beechwood with satisfactory proof of available funds for construction.

9. (Some Taxes Excluded) Qantas Points will not be earned on government taxes and charges such as stamp duty, developer contributions and the like.

10. Beechwood reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time.
